This 1913 cottage in the Historic District of downtown Boulder needed some TLC to make it shine. The brief was to create a feeling of coziness with a touch of European luxury. To that end, we refinished the hardwood floors, modernized the kitchen, and added a new bathroom with an original 1910 refinished clawfoot tub. Vintage and contemporary furniture, art, and accessories were sourced locally and online.
