This sweet 1920s Casita in downtown Boulder had great bones. We restored it back to its original glory, cleaning and replacing the terra cotta tile and oak hardware floors and remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. As in many of our projects, we used Ikea cabinets and countertops to keep costs low, and added designer hardware, carefully curated accessories and higher-end appliances such a Smeg fridge to give it character and make it shine.
